For those interested, SIA has an advanced multi-engine sim with a SIA custom-built instructor’s station. The sim is designed for single and multi-engine students and pilots and provides instructors with dozens of failure options to keep pilots current on procedures and safety. The simulator can accurately simulate the Cessna 172, Piper Twin Comanche and even the Boeing 737-800.
SIA maintains two simulators at the Baraboo-Dells Airport, our advanced simulator and a Gleim Basic Training Device (FAA Approved).
