Wes received his private pilot license at the age of 17, is a retired Air Force fighter pilot and currently works for American Airlines as a Airbus A320 pilot. He is also on the hiring committee for American Airlines.
Wes flew T-37, T-38, and the F-16. He has 2600 hours in the F-16 and 6 deployments to the Middle East from 2002-2022. Wes retired as a Lieutenant Colonel and last help the position of Director of operations, directly responsible for the day to day flying operations and 30 pilots.
