*We will email you when the SIA Sim donation application window is open if you subscribe to our email updates. Typically, it is a 3-4 month window at the beginning of each calendar year. IF the donation window is closed, but you would like to equip your classroom with a SIA Sim Flight Simulator(s) please contact us directly*

Applications for simulator donations for the 2025–2026 school year are currently closed. To be notified when the next application window opens, please subscribe below to receive email alerts. Each year, the SIA Foundation donates up to 25 SIA Sim Flight simulators to K–12 schools across the United States that demonstrate a strong commitment to aviation education. If your district currently offers—or is planning to launch—an aviation program, we encourage you to connect with us! K–12 schools and EAA Chapters interested in purchasing a flight simulator are eligible for academic pricing. All simulator donations and purchases include access to our aviation learning materials, educator and student academic resources from trusted partners, and step-by-step lesson plans with accompanying student materials designed specifically for use with the flight simulator.
