Our Vision
We believe in a world where a career in aviation is accessible to every student
We know, however, that today that is often not the case: statistics show that the aviation market often finds itself shortly staffed – very few school programs educate and prepare students for the opportunities available and, thus, students simply don’t even consider aviation as a viable option.
SIA exists precisely to help change that reality, by creating an ecosystem where students are taught about aviation careers opportunities early on and where schools are ready to set them up for success.
